Recharge and recover at our Recovery Clinic, led by a certified Athletic Trainer. Designed for athletes and active individuals alike, our personalized small group sessions focus on optimizing recovery, reducing soreness, and preventing injury. We use top-of-the-line advanced equipment, including the full-body Normatec compression system to help you bounce back faster and feel your best.
We’re proud to now have a registered dietitian on our team! You can work with her one-on-one to get personalized guidance and support to improve your nutrition, fuel your body, and reach your health goals.


This is a supportive, empowering community led by a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer. This group is all about connection, motivation, and real results. You'll gain access to expert guidance, where you can ask questions directly to our professionals, share your journey, and support other women doing the same. Perfect for families, friends, school groups, wedding parties, and more! Sessions are held at our Northport location. Option to bring the workout to your location for an additional fee.
