Strength
This 45 minute strength training class goes far beyond any group class you’ve ever tried. You’ll learn how to move better, lift confidently, and build strength that carries over into everyday life. Using progressive overload, we tailor each workout to your individual level- ensuring steady, effective progress wherever you are in your fitness journey. Get ready to lift weights, learn proper form, and have fun!
Strength Express
A 30 minute strength workout to ensure you get your workout in with a busy schedule! This is a condensed version of our Strength class. We focus on lifting weights, executing proper form, and overall joint health. We use progressive overload and tailor the workouts to each persons current fitness level.
Strong Ass Mom
This class teaches women of all ages that it is fun to be STRONG! Here we focus on lifting weights, learning new movements, and overall joint health- all in a welcoming environment where you can connect with other local moms. Every workout is low pressure, high support, and tailored to meet you where you're at. Whether you’ve never picked up a weight or are getting back into it, this is your space to feel strong, capable, and encouraged.
Let's Get Physical! 80's Cardio Class
Step back in time, turn up the volume, and relive the magic of the 1980s! This 30-minute choreographed cardio class is your throwback to the fun, feel-good energy of the '80s! Think big hair, bright colors, and all your favorite retro beats with upbeat routines designed to get your heart pumping and your energy soaring. This class is perfect for women of all fitness levels who want to break a sweat while having fun. Come dressed for the occasion! No experience needed.
Runner's Class
This class is designed for runners who want to maximize performance and minimize injury risk. Through mobility drills, stretching, and prehab exercises, you’ll improve joint function, muscle balance, and movement efficiency—key components for a powerful, injury-resistant stride.
Whether you’re training for your first 5K or your next marathon, this class will help you build a strong foundation that supports endurance, speed, and recovery. Expect expert guidance on proper mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and exercises tailored specifically to the demands of running.
HIIT
This high intensity workout is designed to push your limits, boost your heart rate, and burn tons of calories! Each session includes a mix of cardio, strength, and core work using bodyweight and light equipment, with movements that are highly effective. Whether you're just getting started or ready for the next level, you'll leave sweaty, accomplished, and stronger than before. Get ready to move fast and have fun!
Yoga
This Vinyasa yoga class begins with grounding meditation and breathwork to calm the mind and center your focus. Flowing sequences are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance while maintaining a steady connection to the breath. You’ll leave feeling both energized and at ease, with a deeper awareness of your body and inner stillness.
Core
This 30 minute, all level core class is exactly what you need for a stronger and more functional core! Mostly floor based, we focus on working all movement patterns and muscles that make up your core. Expect a mix of bodyweight and light-resistance exercises that challenge your stability, control, and coordination. You’ll learn how to properly engage your core, protect your spine, and move more efficiently.
Recovery Clinic
Brought to you by an Athletic Trainer, this clinic was designed for both athletes and active individuals. Our personalized small group sessions focus on optimizing recovery, reducing soreness, and preventing injury. We use top-of-the-line equipment to help you bounce back faster and feel your best. Whether you're training hard or just need to give your body the care it deserves, our recovery clinic is here to support you.
