Once you’ve been cleared by your doctor to exercise, this will be your go to exercise guide for the next 8 weeks to begin working out again!

Together we will safely rebuild your body with a strong focus on your core. We will also work to correct the aches, pains, and tightness you may be feeling in your back, neck, and shoulders. We start very basic and gradually build up over time.
