Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and I'm here to help you fall in love with the process as well! Back in 2019, I had a client get pregnant. I searched for a reputable trainer to refer her to, as this was out of my scope of practice. After many disappointing conversations, I realized how underserved the prenatal/postpartum population is. There was no one certified I could refer her to. Roughly 85% of women will have a child at some point in their life and there are so few people to help. You tear your ACL and you’re in physical therapy for months rehabbing your knee. You carry a baby for 40 weeks, give birth, and at your 6 week check up, you get the go ahead to begin exercise. Where do you even start?! Can you squat? Can you train core? What can you do with diastasis recti? So many questions that unfortunately many don’t know the answers to.
Women deserve better.
I spent the next few years taking courses and getting my CPPC to be the one you can turn to. I am here to help you safely prepare for your pregnancy, help throughout your entire pregnancy, and help as you enter your new postpartum journey. Everyone’s body and experiences are different and I have the education and experience to help you get to your healthiest self. You are not alone in this journey.

BS in Fitness Development / Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland, where I graduated in the top 5% of my class. I've also completed a 500 hour D3 Strength and Conditioning Internship as well as an Athletic Training Internship.
I am a GGS Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NETA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and Certified TRX Coach. I am also certified in KILO Program Design, CPR/AED/ First Aid, Myofascial Release Foam Rolling, Prenatal Fitness through PROnatal, Exercise for Parkinson’s + MS through NETA, and Youth Fitness + Senior Fitness through NETA.
I have worked as a Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor at SUNY Cortland, Personal Trainer at Life Time Athletic, Garden City, Personal Trainer Fit Athletics, Kings Park, and was a Bodybuilding.com Sponsored Athlete. I compete in Bodybuilding (Bikini) and I own Anna Marjanovic Fitness LLC where I train both online and in person clients, groups, and teams!
