Personal Training can often be difficult to work into your busy life when you have to drive to a gym. Starting in 2021, we can now offer training from the comfort of your own home! Whether you have your own equipment or just an open space, we will make this the best possible experience for you. We will bring any necessary equipment for your workout when we come to you.
Everyone has different fitness goals and we are here to help you every step of the way. Together we will work on overall strength, balance, stability, endurance, core work, muscle imbalances, and more. We will start with an initial consultation and assessment to determine what your exact program will consist of.
It is recommended that all in home personal training sessions are 60 minutes long. This gives us enough time to do a proper warm up, workout, and cool down. These 60 minute sessions are $140. If time is limited and you choose 30 minute sessions, the cost is $80.
Your program will be written exactly for you based on your goals, injuries, limitations, available equipment, etc. As you get stronger, your program will progress.
