This is our new monthly challenge consisting of both in person and at home workouts. This will challenge you both mentally and physically to reach your fitness goals.
You will download our app to find your daily at home follow along workouts. These all have minimal to no equipment and are under 20 minutes because we know how busy life is! Next, you will sign up for your group classes. Your membership includes unlimited monthly group classes.


This is not your typical group exercise class. Here we focus on lifting weights, executing proper form, and overall joint health. We use progressive overload and tailor the workouts to your fitness level. This ensures everyone makes progress in the most effective way possible while learning a lot along the way. We cap our classes at 8 people to ensure everyone gets the best experience possible. Be sure to book your classes in advance
